A tech company with a conscience.
Cephas ICT Hub exists because talent is everywhere but opportunity is not. We build the bridge.
Started in a room.
Scaling across Africa.
Cephas ICT Hub began as a small training room with six laptops and a stubborn belief that Nigerian talent could compete globally — if given the right tools, the right mentorship and a real shot.
Today we operate four divisions: a software development studio, an ICT academy, a talent outsourcing desk, and an entrepreneurship program. Each one feeds the others. Each one exists to move someone forward.
We are not just building products. We are building people who build products.
Our core values.
Excellence Over Excuses
We hold a high bar because low standards hurt the people we are trying to help. Every line of code, every lesson, every placement matters.
Access Is A Right
Quality tech education should not be reserved for those who can afford it. Scholarships and community programs exist to widen the door.
Build To Last
We do not ship throwaway work. Everything we build is documented, tested and designed to survive contact with real users.
Teach What We Practice
Our instructors are practitioners. Our curriculum comes from live projects, not outdated textbooks.
Community First
Our alumni network, Codef developer community and partner schools form an ecosystem that keeps giving back.
Radical Transparency
Clear pricing, clear curriculum, clear outcomes. No hidden fees, no vague promises.
